Delivery within Kyiv is free and provided by our courier service. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

UKRAINE

Delivery throughout Ukraine is free and provided by Nova Poshta. The estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days.

There is no minimum order amount for deliveries within Ukraine.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Delivery outside Ukraine is provided by DHL, Dimex, or Nova Poshta Global. The estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days.

The minimum order amount for all countries outside Ukraine is €200 or approximately $230 when paying in US dollars.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and parcel weight.

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Any applicable charges must be paid by the recipient according to the laws of the destination country.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

You can place an order through the shopping cart on our website or by phone at +380 66 801 62 62.

Choose the item you are interested in, select the appropriate size, and add it to your cart. To complete your order, provide your contact details, select a delivery method, and make the payment through the available payment system.

Our manager will contact you shortly to confirm your order and clarify any necessary details.

RETURNS

We accept returns from anywhere in the world, provided that the items have not been worn or used and retain their original appearance and shape. The original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase must also be included.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return it. We recommend arranging the return within the first seven days to ensure it arrives within the permitted return period.

Swimwear, lingerie, and custom-made items cannot be returned.

Returns of “last one” items are considered individually.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment method.
